MSc student. For her research, Yiwen is developing AI-based methods for detection of retrogressive thaw slumps in satellite imagery. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and playing the flute.
MSc student. Originally working on assessing atmospheric correction models in the Arctic, the COVID-19 pandemic has required him to change topics. Now Andrew is conducting water colour analysis in the Peace-Athabasca Delta. The goal of his study is to aid in the environmental assessment of the Wood Buffalo National Park area and improve existing remote sensing methods. Outside of research, Andrew enjoys travelling, reading, and trying new things.
