Derrick Ho

Currently a Research Fellow at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Derrick is an honorary member of the shallow-water lab. Derrick has worked on machine learning and statistical modelling for sustainability and environmental stress. He has participated in projects to address issues related to climate change and health across British Columbia. Derrick has broadened this research to an international context, and has begun studying human-environmental interaction through an Earth system dynamics perspective. The ultimate goal of Derrick's research is to influence environmental health policy.
